As a guideline, we keep request-related personal data for about one year from the request date or the completed appointment date, unless a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may contact us to request correction or deletion; we will respond after verifying your identity.
Notifications
We may send operational emails about your request. Message logs keep delivery status and minimal addressing information; we do not permanently store full message bodies as a rule.
